Once payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email and a separate welcome email. The welcome email provides instructions on how to log in and get started. If you can’t locate your welcome email, please check your spam folder for a message from an novoed.com, our learning platform provider.
If you don't find anything, the best thing to do is reset your password (using the email on your account).
If that still doesn't work, please email IDEO U support and we'll see what we can do.
Accessing Hello Design Thinking
If you’re enrolled in Hello Design Thinking, you will follow a similar process to log in, but the welcome email will come from email@example.com instead of NovoEd. If you don’t receive your welcome email, you can still get in to your course by visiting the Hello Design Thinking landing page and clicking “register.” From there, you’ll be prompted to set up your account; just be sure to use the same email address you entered when enrolling in the course.
If you have already set up your Hello Design Thinking account and are having difficulty logging back in, please note that the account information and login page are completely separate from the rest of our courses, which are hosted on NovoEd. You can always reset your password by entering your email address here.
