Once payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email and a separate welcome email. The welcome email provides instructions on how to log in and get started. If you can’t locate your welcome email, please check your spam folder for a message from NovoEd, our learning platform provider.
If you don't find anything, the best thing to do is reset your password (using the email on your account).
