Why I haven't I received information (username, password) about accessing my course or class?

After enrolling in the course or class, you should receive access instructions via an email from novoed.com, our learning platform provider. If you never saw such an email, please search your email, including your spam box, for something from them.

If you don't find anything, the best thing to do is reset your password (using the email on your account) here:

https://novoed.com/users/password/new

If that still doesn't work, please email IDEO U support and we'll see what we can do.
