We’re sorry you haven’t seen your certificate come through! There are a couple of reasons yours may not have made it to you. Please first check these potential reasons, and then send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist further.
First and foremost, you may access any individual course certificate by logging into your Learner Profile here at any time. You'll see your certificate(s) at the bottom of your dashboard. All Foundations and Advanced Certificates are awarded via email.
1. If you did not submit all assignments by the final date of the course, your certificate may not have been awarded. A reminder: even Assignment 0 is required! Please check your course dashboard To-Do’s status to ensure you have submitted all assignments:
2. If you haven’t seen your Foundations or Advanced Certificate come through, please check your email inbox! These are awarded via email instead of on the platform, within 2 weeks of the final course close date. If you don't see yours in your inbox, there's also a chance it may have gone to your spam folder, as the certificates are sent through an outside service. Please take a peek in your spam folder as well.
3. Another reason you may not see your Foundations or Advanced certificate is if you have used two separate emails to take multiple courses. Our system awards these certificates based on email. If you’ve used two different emails, not to fear! Just send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll award your certificate.
