I'm having problems viewing videos or accessing content. What do I do?

First, we recommend trying another internet browser (ie. instead of Firefox, try Google Chrome or Safari). NovoEd has a Help Desk article explaining their Browser Compatibility on the platform.

We often find that if the videos are not loading, there is a security feature blocking the content from streaming while on a work network. We would suggest trying out a personal computer or network to see if the issue persists. 

If you continue to experience issues, please send an email to our Learner Support with details about what happened and we'll see what we can do. Please include your computer operating system (typically Mac or Windows), the browser you are using (typically Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer) and your current location (ie. Hong Kong, Vancouver, Los Angeles, etc.).
