Here are 3 steps to prepare your team for your IDEO U courses:
Step 1: Enroll Your Team
We recommend learning in teams of 4-20 people. If you are purchasing seats for your team, you’ll be able to easily assign each seat. Simply sign in to your IDEOU.com account and follow these instructions on how to enroll your team.
Step 2: Select a Team Lead
The most successful teams are facilitated by an engaged Team Lead who’s responsible for leading a set of in-person or virtual Team Conversations at specific moments in the course.
Step 3: Plan Ahead
After your team has been enrolled in the course make sure to plan ahead by:
- Reviewing the Team Learning Guide
- Scheduling dates and times for your Team Conversations
